Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 277be platform, operated at 277be.app. The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 277be. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 277be platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 277be platform.

277be reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform. Your continued use of 277be following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

1Eligibility

Access to and use of the 277be platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of these conditions.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 277be strictly prohibits access by individuals under this age and enforces age verification procedures during registration and at any subsequent point it deems appropriate.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to court orders restricting their legal capacity may not use the platform.
• You may hold only one registered account on 277be at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under a different name, is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held within them.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of 277be, or a close family member of such a person. Current employees and contractors of 277be's technology, gaming content, or payment service providers are also excluded from holding player accounts.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the platform. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

277be reserves the right to decline registration to any applicant or to close any existing account without explanation where it reasonably suspects that the eligibility conditions set out in this section are not, or are no longer, satisfied.

2Account Registration

To access the full range of features on 277be, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to submit certain personal information and to agree to these Terms. The following rules apply to all registered accounts on the platform.

• Each player may maintain only one account. In the event that 277be discovers a player holds multiple accounts, 277be may suspend all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any bonus balances across those accounts pending investigation.
• You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 277be will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify 277be immediately via live chat or email if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised. 277be may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
• 277be may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage of your relationship with the platform, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 277be may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
• Account registration and use of the 277be platform must be for personal recreational purposes only. Commercial use, systematic exploitation of promotions, use of automated betting tools or bots, and any form of collusion or match manipulation are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 277be platform are subject to the following terms. 277be processes deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via locally available payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 277be does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered player, 277be reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the 277be platform at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the applicable limits before initiating a transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. 277be aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and volume of requests.
• 277be reserves the right to suspend or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms. During any such investigation period, the player's account may be restricted to read-only access.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player and are set by the player's payment provider, not by 277be. 277be does not accept liability for any losses arising from currency conversion where this is applicable.
• Any suspected fraudulent, illegal, or manipulative financial activity — including but not limited to chargebacks, use of compromised payment credentials, or money laundering — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law.

277be does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, the player's payment provider may apply their own fees. 277be recommends players review the fee schedule of their chosen payment method before transacting.

4Bonuses and Promotions

277be offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the relevant offer at the time of issue.

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated at the point of promotion. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder named in the registered account. Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. Attempting to transfer or sell bonuses to another person is prohibited.
• 277be reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured in respect of bets already placed using that bonus.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. A player who closes and re-registers their account is not entitled to claim a welcome bonus again. Duplicate accounts created for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses will result in all associated accounts being closed and all bonus balances being voided.
• 277be uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk cover betting designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinated promotional exploitation across multiple accounts. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonus balances forfeited.

Promotions are intended for recreational players only. 277be reserves the right to exclude any player from specific promotions at its discretion, including players identified as professional bettors or as engaging in any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than to participate in the games in good faith.

5Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 277be platform. Specific game rules and sport-specific betting rules are displayed within the relevant game or market on the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 277be does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, except in cases where a clear technical error has occurred on the part of 277be that materially affected the odds or outcome displayed to the player at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the platform during a live betting event or casino game session, 277be will apply its standard void and settlement procedures. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. 277be's decision on game or bet settlement in these circumstances is final.
• 277be reserves the right to void bets where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of a sporting event, casino game, or betting market has been compromised, including through match-fixing, cheating, use of prohibited software, or exploitation of technical errors in odds pricing. In such cases, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain game types or promotional bets. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be displayed within the relevant game or market. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum win limit will be capped at the maximum amount, and the excess will not be credited to the player's account.
• Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their winnings in their country of residence. 277be does not withhold or remit tax on behalf of players and makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of gambling winnings under Bangladesh law or any other jurisdiction.

6Responsible Gaming

277be is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe, controlled environment for adult players. The following provisions apply to all players and reflect 277be's approach to player wellbeing.

• 277be enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all players. Age verification may be required at registration or at any subsequent point. 277be will immediately close any account where it is established that the account holder is under the age of 21 and will retain any deposits made by an underage player pending return to the original funding source where technically possible.
• 277be provides self-exclusion tools that allow players to voluntarily restrict their own access to the platform. Players may request a cooling-off period, a temporary suspension, or a permanent self-exclusion by contacting 277be's support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During any self-exclusion period, the player must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account.
• Players may set deposit limits on their accounts to restrict the amount they can deposit within a given time period. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a mandatory reflection period before taking effect, to ensure that increases are considered and not impulsive.

7Account Suspension and Termination

277be reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false registration information, holding multiple accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, using prohibited software, or engaging in any form of fraud or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe specified by 277be, or providing fraudulent, altered, or third-party identity documents during the verification process.
• Reasonable suspicion that the player's account is being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity. In such cases, 277be is required by applicable regulations to report the activity to the relevant authorities and to freeze the account and its associated funds pending investigation.
• At the player's own request, including requests for self-exclusion or account closure. Where a player requests account closure with a positive balance, 277be will process the withdrawal of the remaining balance to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed by 277be due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances held in the account will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be retained by 277be pending investigation and will be subject to any legal obligations applicable to 277be in connection with the circumstances of the closure.

8Intellectual Property

All content available on the 277be platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall design and structure of the platform, is the property of 277be or its content and technology licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or otherwise exploit any content from the 277be platform without the prior written consent of 277be.

The 277be brand name and associated marks are proprietary to 277be. Unauthorised use of the 277be name, logo, or any other brand element in connection with any product, service, or communication not authorised by 277be is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 277be's liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform is limited as set out below.

• 277be shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if 277be has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 277be does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. 277be will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to address technical issues promptly, but makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service.
• 277be accepts no liability for losses arising from gambling decisions made by the player. All betting and gaming activity on the platform carries an inherent risk of financial loss. It is the player's sole responsibility to decide whether to place a bet or play a game, and 277be accepts no liability for any loss resulting from those decisions.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 277be's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

10Amendments to These Terms

277be reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to eligibility criteria, bonus terms, or key financial terms — 277be will provide advance notice to registered players via the platform or via the registered email address on file, where practicable. The effective date of any revised Terms will be stated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the 277be platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
